Feed production is an age-old business, but Green Era Biotech Corporation is not a traditional feed production company.


Green Era Biotech Corporation stands for a green and eco-friendly lifestyle; this is reflected in the formulation of all our products and the design of our processes. Beginning from the selection of the location of our plant down to the design of our facilities, we have taken into consideration factors like energy consumption, productivity and cost-efficiency.


Our Products
Green Era Biotech Corporation has been established to produce high quality animal feeds and feeds supplement. We use natural raw materials which are processed prior to the production to ensure optimal quality. We purchase corn directly from the farmers to dry in our plant to prevent the growth of molds and the use of chemical preservatives. We believe in using plant-based protein instead of animal-based protein, because plant-based protein has lesser chance of contamination and is more cost-efficient. We also believe in the use of probiotics instead of antibiotics, knowing the harmful effect that antibiotics can have on our animals and on ourselves.
  

Our Facilities, Equipments and Processes
In designing and planning our facilities, equipments and processes, we focused on decreasing energy consumption, while increasing productivity to lower production costs. We utilize a semi-automated computer controlled mixing system to ensure the consistency of our products. Our processes include nutritional formulation, microscopy examination, feeds processing, fermentation, drying, packing and distribution. Our processes are all monitored by quality control measures.

We believe that while providing our customers with quality and cost-efficient products, we should also provide them with useful information that will help them in raising healthy animals.

Green Era Biotech Corporation believes that in order for our business to flourish, we must ensure that our partners in the industry such as the backyard farmers, the meat processors are growing together with us. We believe that if we all work together, we can improve the agricultural industry here in the Philippines.
